These are images from NME magazine interviews that I am inspired by and I would like similar ones in my own magazine. The first one is an english folk singer Laura Marling. The second is Pete Doherty who is the lead singer of Babyshambles and former front man of The Libertines.
I like how Laura Marling looks very relaxed and not too 'polished' I think that this is a good thing because it makes the artist more relatable and when the audience can relate to a person in a magazine and they know that they are just a normal person it makes them want to read about them. Laura is not styled in very fancy clothes and she looks very cool. 
This is Pete Doherty from a recent interview in NME magazine, I like this photo as once again it is very relaxed and he looks comfortable. I like how this photo is on a plain background, as is the Laura Marling one. I think that this is a good thing as it means that the reader focuses on the artist rather than their surroundings.
